After MadMills signing with Lindsey Wilson College today, we did the Landsdowne loop 2.25 miles then on the track for team training 2 minute warnings. we broke up into 4 groups of 3 with each group starting 100 meters apart and then covering over 600 meters as a team. we did the 50,40,30 segments with 50,40 recoveries and 8:00 minutes in between set 1 and 2. Each grop covered over 600 meters each set. I feel like all the girls will race and compete well on Saturday and then going in to the regional meet. I am going to give them an off day tomorrow.
