Distance Run
15 minute training pace , then 60,40,20 seconds at 3k race pace and, 60 second recoveries in between each. Back to normal training, then fartleks again at 30 minute, 45 minutes and 60 minutes then finished with a cooldown jog.
Very nice run. I felt really good...
I did however stop at 51 minutes cause my knee locked up.
