Weather: warm, clouded over later on

Comments:
I didn't run nearly as well as I wanted to. Possibly not being warmed up was to blame on the mile, pacing was poor on the two mile
Didn't really keep much track of the strides, but I did 3 thirty seconds and about 5 75 meter strides before the mile, and about ten 90 meter strides before the two mile
