Comments:
Weighed 182.6. Started run about 5:30. 40 situps. No shirt. Had a 1/4 clif bar 1/2 a cup of Gatorade. Good run. 3 short breaks-walks for re-hydration had Gatorade in my bottle instead of the usual h2o. Very good run overall. Chased by a couple pit-bulls down Neely. Got a pretty good nights sleep. Alarm went off at 4:30. No pain in the big toe, right foot a bit sore (shoes)?? Ate 1/2 a power bar (costco)& drank gatorade after run to rehydrate. Felt very good after run. Legs a bit sore.
