Comments:
well the long run never happened last week, but I guess it's good to keep the mileage low while getting back into things. I ran with Anna R at the crack of dawn this morning and my hip/groin hurt a bit more than it did last week. I'm fixing up my bike later today so hopefully when I get to camp I can start with some cross training.
