AM Track session w/Matt

Comments:
Got up early-ish. Did my first track session w/Matt, who's gonna race a 15 in July. Drove over to Sheldon for some 300s and 200 build-ups.

Did 2x3x300, with 100m jog rest. Splits (roughly):

55, 55, 54
54, 54, 53

SOLID. Matt did AWESOME. We both wore trainers, and he looked and sounded smooth and, incredibly, recovered pretty damn fast! I was impressed.

For the 200s, we did 50m of "coast" run-into, then a build-up:

34, 34, 34, 33.

For these we actually changed into spikes, which was fun. Felt SO-SO: legs were a bit Jell-o'y, but otherwise fine. Matt dusted me on the last one, which was cool.

3 mi WU, just a half mile CD because we were short on time.
