impossible workout day

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: humid and hot

Comments:
we warmed up, and i was already feeling slow and tired and weak because i did eat much at lunch and because it was very hot and humid. then we stretched and did speed d. my workout was supposed to be 8*400 at 1:07-1:11 pace with 1 min rests, but i could only do 6 of them, and i took an extra minute rest after the 4th one. no one could finish them becasue we couldnt hit our times. we were supposed to do a mile threshold after that, but no one did that either because we were so tired and sore from the 6*400s. my heel has been getting better slowly, but it hurt today, and my right hip was a little achy. i took an ice bath and a hot tub after practice casue i felt heavy and achy when i ran today. im looking forward to the 2 mile on thursday though, and im gonna be ready to break 10:20
