Weather: hot, quite hot

Comments:
the .75 was the with the team warm up.
for the first half, other than the 8th, I had teammates run with me, and for the seventh, I had one of our better sprinters pace it out
I couldn't seem to get into a high enough gear on the second half of each 400 in the second half, even though I had some team mates run with me on some of them.
Seems like it should have been the opposite, having my first half of the 400s be the second one.
