Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
after two days of ice baths, one massage, and some tiger balm sessions the leg feels back to normal.
Tested it out on a trial run.
Felt pretty good. Icing again just in case and some easy spinning miles on the bike (I find that really keeps things loose and warm, good for pre-stretching).
