Exercise Type: Run

Weather: pretty nice

Comments:
A pretty good long run with Ishan and Micheal. Up and down run for the most part. Felt bad the first 30 mins, but got into a groove later on. Felt awful when we hit River Rd. but got it back together. When we hit democracy and began running that uphill, I just gave out both mentally and physically. Took a very necessary water break, then a cooldown back to WJ. All in all, it wasn't a bad run, I got something out of it at least. I'm dissapointed at my start this season but it will come around.
