Comments:
1 mile warm up, 4 sets of 1200-3 min. jog, 600, 2 min. rec., 1 mile cool down. (4:12-1:56, 4:02-1:54, 3:52-1:51, 3:52-1:48) real tight at first but once I loosed up felt better.
