The Bakers Dozen Special...
warmup to the Greenbelt West...
7x 60 seconds covering from 300-320 meters each with 60 seconds to 2:00 recoveries in between.
6 x 40 seconds fast covering over 200 meters each.. with 2:00 recoveries.. then 4 x 20 seconds at strides pace.. we covered around 4000 meters during this workout.. I'm liking the girls attitude and their willingness to put in the hard work. The Ladies have prepared well and everything is shaping up for a very good Regional meet. I'm looking for good things to happen Saturday...
