i went to try finding a geocache with ryan and molly, then went back to the track, and ran 10 more minutes and the feild. then did 4 striders. my right hip was still hurting a tiny buit today, but its not going to affect my race at all. tomorrow i need to get under 10:20, and i might as well go for as low as i possibly can from there.
