Comments:
Felt good on this workout except had to keep my stomach from exploding on the last half of the workout. DId 18, 12, 18, 12, in 6.24, 4.01, 6.04, 4.01. Otherwise I felt great. Felt pretty destroyed, like I got punched in the stomach afterwards. Not a terrible day. Starting to get annoyed at all the happy returning Kenyon students.
