Comments:
Warm up to Fuller. Then 6 x ~800M on the grass with some nasty turns thrown in for fun. (I was really having to focus around that last hairpin turn. It takes a little extra mental energy to force your body back up to pace after losing so much momentum.) These started out feeling very comfortable and relax at 2:30 pace and gradually became more and more difficult as the time came down to 2:06 and 2:05 for the last two. Every repeat felt easy for the first 200M or so and then the slight uphill coupled with the soft grass seemed to kill my speed and really force me to kick up the effort to maintain speed.
This was my favorite workout of the year thus far.
