Comments:
Ran an easy four today -- around Gunderson -- after a couple days rest. The heel was feeling shitty. While it was fine on the run, it felt aggravated afterwards, and after doing calf raises at the REC.

DIETA from running for a while and DIETA from calf strength. :|
