Comments:
After 5 months of training, the day is just hours away now.
we did 10 minutes of the Kenyan Shuffle around the football field and a few hand-offs with the relay teams. Everyones Focus seems good, so I'm looking for good results tomorrow.. Pasta Party at Fazoli's with the team.
I ran 4.25 with Coach Rowe and Matt after practice partial Turkey Run Loop
