Comments:
did part of their workout, but i was in no shape to do the whole thing with them. track ended over a month ago for me. the workout was 400 hard, 200 recovery, 200 fast, 200 recovery all times 4 with a 3min break in between. i did the first set and then just the 200s with mudd after the first set
