Comments:
taking the day off from biking. might reduce soreness. utilized the bands and did strengthening exercises from PT (Clam, side-step, cowboy). rolled before and after. iced and then lifted outside. it was like my own little Venice Beach. 5 things, 15 reps, 5 sets. then ibis with med-ball cherry pickers in between.
hopefully start to get some more swimming in. test run in a week. if that doesnt work go for an end of june start date.
