Goal for the workout was to run controlled for the first 6 miles(5:40ish) then drop in down for the next 2(5:20ish and then go fairly hard on the last mile(5:10ish). I only timed the first 2 and the last 3. Splits-5:30,5:33,5:22,5:19,5:06
