swam at the y again. next week I can go to Teagle. very consistent, was going pretty much the whole time. leg felt a little tight. wasnt that bad when i woke up this morning which is a good sign.
Rolled and stretched and abs later in the afternoon. wanted to walk dogs to get blood flowing.
