Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
easy run around a flat field. no pain in the left achilles which was the one that was bothering me. right one was a bit tight, though. ice and very light stretching after. if it's not sore tomorrow morning then I'll go back to my "getting back in shape" routine from last august...aka cross train in the morning run in the evening. though i won't run more than a half hour for a few days.
