Did more misc. lifts.
Squats(10x135, 8x145, 6x155)
Should probably go up in reps on this. Felt pretty good and I'm not sore the next day.
Calf raises (3x20 straight w/ 45# on machine)
This was hard but I could probably do more reps
Shoulder Press (3x15 with straight bar)
Pretty good this is still pushing me pretty much to the limit so thats good.
Bicep curls (3x15 with straight bar)
Pretty much the same as the shoulder presses pushed to the max.
Skull crushers (3x15 with 30)
These hurt a lot since I haven't been working my tri's that intensly. That changed and now there real sore.
Seated row (3x15 with 90)
Got more reps than I did Thursday. Hopefully thats a good sign.
Not as sore the day after as I was last week. Hopefully that means I'm getting stronger.
Played about 2 hours of ultimate tonight too. Reallly fun. I saw Geoff Dipre and we talked for a long time. Haven't done that in awhile
