Comments:
Ran down to the JHU track and did 6X100 strides with recovery jog back. Felt good to get the legs turning over again. Just kept them relaxed and focused on keeping form together. Ran another 2 miles on the track, ran home, and added on a neighborhood loop. Kind of tired after the striders so kept it real easy.
