4 mile loop (29:01, 7:15 pace). Felt pretty good.
Rest period
4 mile loop (27:18, 6:50 pace). The first loop really loosened me up and i decided to take advantage of feeling good and push this one more. Still felt great. Though my left leg is a little sore.
