we went on the bus to vestal, my 3200 was much later in the meet. i did homework until i raced. i wasnt really too excited for it and so i didnt have my mental strength ready much. i warmed up with austin too early, took a 15 min break in our warmup, and then continued stretchning and doing speed d. my race came and i started off in a good position, running my first mile in 5:03. i know i had enough muscle power and energy to run a pr, but i just couldnt convince myself to keep pushing. i finished with a time of 20:19. then i went on a coodown with matt from the blue team, and did 2 striders, then we went home on the bus. there was a bat in the bus and that was a funny experience.
