basement bike w/ PT in the morning

PT session in the morning. Got a fancy tape job on my hip, meant to lift the IT above the joint so it doesnt grind and pop. Doesnt feel great but it seems like it will help. knee is feeling way better, but the hip still has a way to go.

Later in the afternoon bike in the basement. Felt fine. Lift (5 things, 20 reps, 3 sets) and ibis (30 now). try a jog/run next week, then start "training" week of the 21st (run 2-3 times a week)
