First run back!!!!!

yaaaay first run back!! and broke in a pair of new shoes
ive been looking forward to posting something for quite a while now.
so warm up 4 minutes, drills, dynamics
run about 17 minutes, out of shape so I was somewhat tired after but its good because im keeping almost the same pace as before. (measured a short route by time before the break to see where I'm at in terms of pace)
stretch, crunches (35 second intervals), pushups (3x10), clams, supermen, leg strengthening, plank (35 seconds), plank leg lifts (8 per leg)
its hot out!!
