Weather: rainy, cool, 56

Comments:
Took 6 days off per Higdon. Surprised about quad soreness that kicked up after about a mile. Warmed up a bit, but was still a little sore and joints (knees) were a touch tender. Probably try every other day this week until that subsides. Looking to get about 200 miles before picking up some harder training, this is early season mileage mode now.
