Comments:
12:30, ran from harding to barks and back plus the xc course to run on some grass for awhile. feet were soaked the last 2 miles because the dike was wet. still felt really good pretty much this entire run and kept the pace pretty much constant. i was kind of tired at the end but that's not surprising.
