Biked later after research orientation. very very sore legs on the bike. might be from the campus tour we took (sadly walking around destroyed my legs). lots of stretching, rolling, and ice after. did a wall hang too which helped. lifted after (5 things, 20 reps, 3 sets).
Doctors appointment tomorrow. try to devise a plan to get back to running and strengthen that way.
