started summer training!! sort of. just starting to run again, trying to get back into a routine a little earlier than last year so that this summer can be balls to the walls and i can get mad good for xc. im pumped!! i felt ok, tried to work on up-on-toes form a lot but it killed my calves by the end, gotta be careful lol. also got a bit excited and ran a bit fast in the middle there, but the mileage was good for me and so was the time. gettin back into it dude, gettin back into it. keep it up and stretch!!
