Comments:
did the 5k course, ran the 1st and 3rd miles hard. mile 1- 5:34, 2- 7:12, 3- 6:13. hip was tight so i took the 2nd hard mile a bit easier. then i got my ass kicked by the "Insanity" workout. what was i thinkin doing two workouts in one afternoon.
