was out to see julie and austin
lucas is really growing up

umm original plan was to go to maydale, but it had rained and I didnt want to do wet loops so ran to PB and back

1st mile fetl great
2nd mile my form felt weird, as if my muscles were out of it, needed to use the stick i think?
after second mile walked abit, wasnt dying but wanted to take it easy. did some stretchs while walking
3rd mile was a bit rough aerobically, and the legs jsut felt wack, it wasnt fatigue or pain, just uncomfortable, as if i forgot how to run.

last mile was just getting home, pikced it up but not much
