run with kenny, he had done the loop beforehand

the loop in his neighborhood.

started off really choppy, i think that helped.

no pain or fatigue

felt really good, no hills were hard, was able to run relaxed the whole time

it felt HARD, like i was pressing a lot
we'll see how my legs respond

I stretched, than foam rolled. WEights (see weights)
shower and bed by 12:30
