Pep in my step

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cooler (60's) but still sunny

Comments:
This run ended up being faster than I thought which was suprising because my legs did not feel that great while doing it and I ran 2 hills in heritage which is no where flat. I just kinda cruised for most of it. Saw dad on the way back and almost got hit by Teepen while he was dicking around. Fun run though. Its nice so see a quick time on the watch nd not feel that tired.
Side note: I'm trying to use the Mcmillian paces to train. I usually hit them anyway but it resurses me that I'm not running too fast. Knees are a little sore but only afterward.
