5:45pm; WU slow to Mayfield hill
12*300(estimated) on Mayfield, jog recovery down; w/ Tim, averaged 70 seconds up.
CD back to House 6, partly w/ Tim

legs felt tired on the warmup but the workout went well (same as last Thursday). This may have been slightly too hard for a 2nd week of June workout, but we'll see how I feel tomorrow. I fear that I won't be able increase mileage as much as I want throughout the summer with a long run on Sunday, hills Tuesday, and steady state Thursday, especially if I do those Tues/Thurs workouts every week.
