woke up early only not to have the new orthodontic appointment that day. its tommorrow

went to SB, warmed up with DD, talked

coach showed up

did drills I think that helped :)

ran with Sigfrid? to MLK pool and got water. waited for DD at the bridge

she was MOVING on the way back, got more water and picked up the kid. me and him went behind springbrook and beat her back to school, but that was prob cause she got stuck at the light.

Couldnt run on forefoot too much cause of burning, the ball of my foot was hurting from hole in orthotics. but heel toe didnt hurt too much, was landing more mid foot than heel anyway

get back to school, I feel ok. Not bad not good, but was happy with run.

Coach asked us to do 100's, standing start, was a lil nervous about it.

after 3 I got cotton mouth so I took one off, and got water. Than did the rest with them. I felt fine during them, barefoot in the grass on field. Wish I had another gear, but it will come with time. warm down adn stretch.

was all good till i got to PT, than when getting out of the car my left hip area started hurting. My guess now is I strained something a lil doing the sprints. I dont think it was the all outness but the having to start out fast. It doesnt work well for me. Need to do strides with a running start.

Anyway, PT went good, was a lil tender, did WU and CD on bike. was able to do all my normal excercises. ABS are getting easier even with the black belt stretchy thing, jsut sometiems the ball rolls out from under me.

squats on the Bosu ball are a good thing they are improving as well. the oen legged squats need to get better and I should be able to set up the sets on the squat walk resistance thing. The hip stuff is still hard.

Ice helps but there is like too much padding on them and its not as cold as I would like.

went home ate pasta and fish. went to bed from 12:30-7.
