Weather: Cooler, about the same as yesterday
Comments:
Ran the same route that I did yesterday. I'm begining to think it migh be short as I again ran really fast over it. My dad is going to run it on Friday and see if he also thinks its short. I've mapped it twice though so who knows. That said I ran fairly quick again. Legs were feeling better than yesterday, my left knee hurt a bit but that went away during the run. I'll keep an eye on it though.
Streach, roll, 5sets supercrunches with 30 back hypers, half asses pushups:(
Side note: Coach Rubin posted the workout sheets for streaches and ab routines so I'll get back to those tomorrow
