Weather: Muggy cloudy then sunny
Comments:
Longest run in about 20 years. Ouch! Had to walk pretty good stretches, but was keeping reasonable pace otherwise. It was too late to run in this heat - need to start an hour earlier. Hamstring felt good, and had 3 packs of energy stuff. Need to run more during the week to keep up conditioning, and drop the extra weight too. Next week its 18!
