3 Increasing miles

Comments:
Today was a great run! I went out on my first three miles averaging about a 6:50-7:00 pace and felt great. On Mile 3 I started my pacing. Mile 3 was 6:38, Mile 4 was 6:26, and Mile 5 was 6:24. I was a little dissapointed with mile 5 because I wanted something more like a 6:15. I then ran the last three miles back at about a 7-7:30 pace. My hip felt a little weird around mile 4-5, but then felt fine again, and there was no pain. I finished, stretched, then took about 10 minutes in the cold river. Overall I loved this workout and felt great!
