10 min on treadmill, didnt feel good
barefoot
NEW orthotics DURING THE DAY
stretched and foam rolled
FR felt really good, I guess, I felt really bad
everything was sore, like doign stuff was painful.
Don't run/sprint same day as PT.
upper hamstring was the worst.
