Comments:
First race of the season. Went out hard because I thought I could stay with Jim. Came through the mile in 5:03 and was already cramping badly. My cramps got worse and I felt like I was barley moving out there. Maybe it was the heat, maybe it was the water I had before the race, maybe I need to do some more upper body work. Never cramped like that in a race before. Ran 22:00 for the 6kish race.
