first practice with the guys today, a few new kids shower up so it was a slower day. did a short loop in the woods and a church loop with danny after they left, and now my left calf is rly rly sore, gotta be careful and stretch man! keep it up tho, gotta get into the running every day mentality, thats the only way your gonna improve at the rate u want to. rounded mileage
