had to run short and quick today, lots to do and my calves r still mad sore, so i didnt want to go too long. ended up running pretty well balls to the walls for a lot of it, as the pace shows. couldnt bring myself to round the mileage cause i like that pace so much, lol. stretch boy, stretch!!
