Comments:
last night was really slow for me at work and it was super boring, but as a result i wasn't all that tired when i got home so i decided to run in the morning. 8ish, drove to grant and did the typical outer chateau loop but added a mile on the track after. decided to kinda push the last lap and ran a smooth 74 that felt pretty good. legs felt better to start off today but were kind of tired during, but still better than yesterday. good day overall.
started to stretch on the living room floor with the world cup opener on but actually ended up falling asleep without doing too much. legs were really tight when i got off the floor around 3, and i was also super hungry since i didn't get to eat after work. try to make up the abs tomorrow.
