Weather: very humid and hot
Comments:
warmed up well. the first mile was fast for me at this time, 5:15. felt good in the second mile body started to drag a lil bit. the leader started to pull away at the end of the 2nd mile, 5:30, we both fell off pace but i tried to surge to keep up body felt like it was going to lock up. kept my pace and ran a 6:20 1.1 mile. I'm half pleased and half dissapointed. I ran 20 seconds faster this week but i still lost to a highschooler, state champ or not i should have put him to shame. oh well im not worried about this part of the year. december will be my main goal. hip felt great today.
