To start, it was extremely humid out, but that didn't really affect the run. I took yesterday off because my legs were pretty sore and needed rest. So i was hoping that i would feel better for my run today... that didn't happen. Ran 3 miles on my own and felt absolutely terrible. Unfortunately I promised my brother I would pace him for his soccer workout. That wasn't too bad though.
