Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
did the bike loop and then ran around fields. I was around 56:00 for the close to 8 miles that the bike loop run is so I ran a little over 70 minutes when i tacked on on fields. felt pretty good. felt like I was running really easy the whole way. decided to pack it in before I started to feel too bad since this is the longest amount of time I've run a while. I'll probably do two or three more 70 minute runs this week.
