Just a 3 mile tempo on the JHU track. Didn't feel too great, but its the first one of he summer, and its only June 14th. This week will be a bit of a down week with a day off most likely. Race on Saturday. May not be in as good of aerobic shape of last year, but I'll guess well see what happens.
